THE FINE ART OF

Linda Heath Clark, MSA, AWA

The full color work in these series were created in acrylic on a
clay board surface using a unique scratchboard process.

Landscape and Waterscape Series

My landscapes and waterscapes lean toward realism, however I always look for even small abstractions in nature, for example, how water breaks up light and refects objects around and under it.

Flora and Fauna Series

Works included in my Flora/Fauna series are reminiscent of works created during my scientific illustration career.

Through the Looking Glass Series

These pieces include realistic identifiable elements abstracted by being viewed through glass, crystals or prisms.

Nonobjective Abstract Series

I’m always striving for a three dimensional feel even in my nonobjective abstract work. The scratching technique has a textural dimension giving distinctively different experiences up close and from a distance.
